2. Inquiry & Quote Service

Submitting an inquiry form on this website constitutes a request for information only. It does not create a binding contract, confirm a reservation, or guarantee pricing. All quotations are subject to availability and formal confirmation by Cititour LLC.

3. No Live Booking Engine

This website does not operate a live booking or flight-search engine. All travel arrangements are confirmed manually by our concierge team following your inquiry and formal agreement of terms and pricing.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted are estimates and subject to change until a formal booking confirmation is issued. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and deposit requirements will be detailed in your individual booking agreement.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by supplier, destination, and package type. Full details will be provided in your booking documentation. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all bookings.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cititour LLC acts as an agent for third-party travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines). We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, or defaults of such suppliers. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the services directly provided by Cititour LLC.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
